Haval Jolion In South Africa
The Jolion is significant for Haval's success in South Africa, and this chic small family SUV is rapidly gaining popularity on our roads. The Jolion has become more popular since its local premiere in April 2021 as a consequence of its competitive pricing and extensive set of basic features.
The most recent information on the Jolion is coming from Thailand, where the model is now for sale. The new Jolion oil hybrid, however, was presented to Thai reporters at Haval's Rayong production facility. The arrival of this new hybrid aircraft has been announced by Haval SA for early 2023.

The Jolion Hybrid's 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine and electric motor combine to provide a combined output of 145 kW and 375 Nm. The front wheels are propelled by a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It has been stated that the average fuel consumption is 5.0L per 100 km, which is significantly less than the normal offering.
The only engine available for the base Haval Jolion is a 1.5-liter turbo petrol unit with 106 kW and 214 Nm of torque.
Jolion’s Competitor In The Market
The new Toyota Corolla Cross, which is made in-country, is one of Jolion's key competitors. Toyota presently sells the Corolla Cross Hybrid, a vehicle with an electric motor and 1.8-liter gasoline engine that produces 90 kW and 142 Nm.

The Jolion Hybrid has a bigger "Star Matrix" grille in terms of appearance, but the new LED headlight units with vertical daylight hours running lights and horizontally light strips that double as an eye-catching signal system may be the most visible change.
